Processing Time

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our studio in California. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During product launches, restocks, or convention periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Domestic orders are typically shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, while international orders may use USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other trusted carriers.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times

• United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
• Canada: 7–21 business days after shipment
• International: 10–30 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to customs, weather, or postal issues outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country’s postal service. These fees are not included in the item or shipping costs at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order leaves our hands, tracking and delivery become the responsibility of the postal carrier. Sword & Whetstone is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages marked as delivered.

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier first with your tracking number. If you need additional help, you can reach out to us at support@swordandwhetstone.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Preorders & Combined Orders

If you purchase in-stock and preorder items together, your order will ship once all items are ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

To ensure fast processing during fulfillment, orders cannot be combined after checkout. Please make sure all your desired relics are in your cart before completing your quest!

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make the change if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
