How long does it take for orders to ship?
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. During conventions, launches, holidays, or larger releases, processing times may be slightly longer.

Are international customers responsible for customs/VAT fees?
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country’s postal service. These fees are not included in the item or shipping costs at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided during checkout.
What should I do if my package is marked 'Delivered' but hasn't arrived?
Occasionally, postal carriers scan packages early. Please wait 24–48 hours, check with neighbors, or contact your local post office. Sword & Whetstone is not responsible for mail stolen after successful delivery.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
To ensure fast processing during fulfillment, orders cannot be combined after checkout. Please make sure all your desired relics are in your cart before completing your quest!
Pins & other products
What are pin grades?
Pins are available in two grades:
- Standard (A-Grade): Near flawless, suitable for display or gifting. These pins meet our highest quality standards and may only have minor imperfections visible under close inspection.
- Minor Flawed (B-Grade): These pins have small cosmetic defects such as underfill, specks, scratches, or slight plating issues. Still perfectly wearable and a great budget-friendly option!
Every pin is hand-inspected before being sent out.

If a pin grade is not available to select, standard grade is the default.
All pins are fully functional and come with the same secure backing.
Do colors look exactly like the photos?
Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.
What pin backs do you recommend?
For bags, jackets, convention wear, or everyday use, locking pin backs are strongly recommended for added security.
Will sold-out items return? / Can I request a restock?
Some favorite designs will return, while others are strictly limited editions and will not be remade once gone. If an item you love is out of stock, visit its product page to sign up for instant email restock notifications.

Do you accept returns?
At Sword & Whetstone, each item is forged with care — from enamel pins and apparel to collectibles and accessories. Because we’re a small business and many products are limited runs, all sales are final.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will do our very best to make it right.
To request a replacement or refund, send an email to support@swordandwhetstone.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item(s) and packaging
- A short note describing the issue

Can jewelry be returned?
Jewelry items are final sale due to hygiene and safety reasons. This includes (but is not limited to) earrings, ear plugs/gauges, and any wearable accessories that come into direct contact with the body. These items are not eligible for return or exchange once shipped.

Fragments are part of the Starlight Forge rewards program. Earn fragments through purchases and community actions, then redeem them for rewards.
